Required Registration for Practices: Registration Forms and Important Information

In order to better fulfill the 50% maximum capacity pandemic measure issued by the Ontario government, starting from the practice on September 16, all members and visitors/alumni are required to sign up before attending each practice.

Each practice will have a 25 participants limit, served on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that a number of spots will be reserved for Senseis and executive members to attend in order to keep the practice running.

An updated link to the registration form will be posted two days prior to every practice, please use the form to sign up for that particular practice.

Please note that the registration form will automatically close once all spots are filled. Therefore, if you find that the registration form is closed, that means there are no more spots available for you to reserve for that particular practice.

Please use the links attached in this google form to sign up for the practice you want to attend. Since practice spots are limited, please make every effort to attend the practice you signed up for.
