Waiver for Visitors

Visitors are required to sign a one-time waiver found below and send a copy of the signed waiver to us to our email, uoftkendoclub@gmail.com. In addition to the waiver, you would also need to pay the visitor practice fee (around $23), which can be purchased at the front desk of the Athletic Centre.
